Workshops Weight Management Challenge This 8 week weight management series focuses on principles of weight loss, setting goals, measuring success, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, nutrition as well as how to maintain your success. This course includes an in-depth manual to provide added information and to log your exercise, nutrition and progress. Course also includes a mini fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program.

Introduction to the Fitness Centre

This 4 week program is perfect for the beginner who is just starting out. Get oriented with the fitness centre, learn the lingo used in the gym, find out how to use different pieces of equipment and how to create your own training program. By the end of the 4 weeks you will feel comfortable working out in the gym and know your way around the centre.
