Cre-8 Your Best Body Are you interested in improving your health but are searching for the motivation to make it happen? Cre-8 YOUR Best Body might be the answer . . . and your ticket to a Big Screen TV!!!

Cre-8 YOUR Best Body is simple: You have 8 weeks to improve your overall health and wellness. We support you throughout the 8 week period with fitness and nutritional information, as well as plenty of motivation. Measurements of strength and body composition are taken to give you an idea of the progress you're making. The man and woman that show greatest physical improvements will win an iPod.

This is NOT a weight loss competition. This is NOT a "strongman" fitness competition. It is for individuals of all shapes, sizes and athletic experience. It's not about creating THE best body . . . it's about creating YOUR best body!

And whether you win or not, as long you do your best and "check-in" for testing on the first week, mid way and on the final week, you will be entered in to a random draw for a BIG SCREEN TV!!! And the best part - it is FREE to enter! Sign-up forms are available at the Campus Recreation office at your respective campus.

The challenge is held at the beginning of every semester in September and January.
