Fitness & Wellness: Weekly Challenge Circuit
Weekly Challenge Circuit Our weekly challenges are circuits created to challenge each participant's own fitness levels. Each week you will challenge yourself to in three different circuits performed for time or maximum number of rounds. These circuits require basic gym equipment (if any) and can be done anywhere in groups or individually.
Example of workouts for rounds
A workout where you try to complete as many rounds as possible in a predetermined amount of time. How many rounds of 10 Pushups 10 Pull Ups and 10 Burpess can you complete in 10 minutes? Each time you complete 10 Push Ups 10 Pull Ups and 10 Burpees that counts as 1 round
Example of workouts for time
A workout where you try to complete a predetermined number of rounds for time. How long will it take you to complete 5 rounds of 10 Push Ups 10 Pull Ups and 10 Burpees? Generally, the workouts for time will go 3-5 rounds and the workouts for max number of rounds will be no more than 20 minutes but anything is possible and fair game. These workouts will last between 10-45 minutes depending on your fitness level. The circuit video's are posted Monday, Wednesday and Friday and workouts are selected at random. Enjoy!
